Brenda Heffernan is Monument Title's settlement attorney. Brenda has been a practicing attorney for 14 years, with experience in real property, insurance litigation, banking, mechanic's liens and construction law. She received her B.A. degree from the University of Rhode Island, J.D. degree from Pace University School of Law and her LL.M. (in banking and financial law) from Boston University School of law. Brenda is a member of the Virginia State Bar and the Alexandria Bar Association.
